18th October marks World Values Day. Values are what we hold most important to us, they are the standards of behaviour that make us who we are.
We decided that today would be the perfect opportunity to describe the values that we, as a company, place the most importance on.
Seeing as this years theme is putting your values into action, we’ll be letting you know the everday things that we do.
So what’s important to us?
Leadership
Courage to shape a better future
YES Ltd strives to be a leader within the garment decoration industry. Whether it’s writing blog posts, attending exhibitions or searching for the best, most innovative machines – we always try to be at the top of our game so that our customers can count on our expertise.
Quality and Innovation
What we do, we do well
As a company, our aim is to always offer the most advanced products and customer care services that can be attained. We were among the first companies to offer DTG printers with a white ink management system. The industry is quickly evolving and expanding – we aim to be here pushing that innovation.
Passion
Committed in heart and mind
We are passionate about what we do. But if you’ve heard a member of our team talk about one of our machines then you already know that. Overall, we want the garment decoration industry to thrive. That is why we’ve devloped our new internship scheme – to ensure that the industry will trive for the future generations.
Integrity
Open, honest, ethical and genuine
One of the first things that you’ll probably learn about YES Ltd. is that it’s a family run company and it shows. Every customer who comes to us matters and we treat them with the respect that they deserve. A mantra within the company is that we’ll provide the machine that the customer needs – not just the one we want to sell. This is a promise that we continue to meet every day.
Customer Commitment
Every call we take, every decision we make revolves around you, the customer
At YES Ltd. we base the level of our success on the level of success of our customers. We understand that the relationship that we share with our customers doesn’t end at the point of sale, we’ll be here in the long run to offer our full support. As a result, we are constantly striving to improve our already successful service package.
